3 generations
of the good stuff

Since way back in 1919, we’ve poured our blood, sweat and a fair few tears into growing the most vibrant red capsicums you’ve ever seen.

It’s been three generations of Wheelers working the land up here in Bowen, Queensland — and we’ve never looked back. From the crack of dawn by the Don River to the buzz of the harvest season, every capsicum tells a bit of our story.

It’s not just farming to us. It’s our craft. Our way.

It's the Wheeler way.

"Season after season, our Warlocks make the journey 🚜 from our patch up North to dinner tables 🍽️ across Australia.

We work hard, and we’re proud of it."

The Wheeler Way

Three things we swear by for the finest Australian red capsicums.

#01

Time & care

They say good things take time — and they’re right. Our red capsicums take over three months from seed to shelf, and we don’t rush a bit of it. We treat every crop like it’s our best one yet.

#02

Being picky

We’re fussy for a reason. After 106 years, you learn not to settle. Each season, we aim to grow 'em even better than the last — and we reckon that care shows in every bite of our capsicums.

A good eye

It’s not just about growing 'em — it’s about getting the little things right. From the way they’re packed to how they land on the shelf, we’ve got a sharp eye to make sure they show up looking their best.
